Intelligent IOT

Data acquisition and MES software that turn plant-floor signals into decisions your team can act on.

Core Advantages

Why GSS digital tools give you a plant you can actually see and control.

01

Plant-Wide Data Capture

The data acquisition system collects readings from silos, dryers, conveyors, scales and utility meters on one platform.

02

One Source of Truth

MES ties intake, drying, storage and dispatch into a single production record instead of scattered logbooks and spreadsheets.

03

Real-Time Visibility

Live dashboards show throughput, moisture, temperature, energy use and stoppages as they happen, on any screen in the plant.

04

Full Traceability

Batch and lot records link incoming raw material to outgoing shipment, supporting quality audits and customer claims.

05

Alerts That Matter

Threshold and trend alarms flag moisture drift, blocked lines or failing equipment before they cost you a batch.

06

Open Integration

Connects to GSS and third-party PLC/SCADA through standard industrial protocols, from one line to multiple sites.

Why Choose GSS

Software written by the same engineers who build the machines it monitors.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most about GSS plant digitalisation.

What is the difference between the Data Acquisition System and MES?
The data acquisition system collects and stores live readings from machines, sensors and meters across the plant. MES sits on top of it and manages production: orders, batches, traceability, quality records and reports. Most customers start with data acquisition and add MES once the data foundation is in place.
Can it connect to equipment that is not from GSS?
Yes. The system communicates with third-party PLCs and SCADA through standard industrial protocols, with the exact point list confirmed during a site survey — so older elevators, dryers and conveyors can be brought into the same dashboard.
Does it keep working if the internet connection drops?
Yes. The system is normally deployed on a server inside your plant, so production data keeps recording locally. Remote access and cloud reporting resume automatically when the connection returns.
Can we roll it out in stages?
Yes. A typical rollout starts with one line or one process area, then extends to silos, drying and dispatch. Modules and licences are added as you go, so the investment follows the value.
Do you provide training and support?
Every deployment includes configuration, commissioning and operator training, plus remote support and software updates through our service network.
