Weighing & Measurement

Scales, samplers and unattended weighing systems that keep every tonne accounted for, from intake gate to dispatch.

Core Advantages

Why GSS weighing gives you numbers you can settle business on.

01

Accurate at Every Scale

From belt weighers on conveyors to truck scales at the gate, each unit is matched to its flow and accuracy class.

02

Unattended Operation

Unattended weighing systems handle trucks end to end — ID, weighing, printing and gate release without an operator.

03

Fair Sampling

Automatic grain samplers and inspection systems take representative samples, so quality grading is objective and dispute-free.

04

Built Into the Line

Bagging scales, bulk scales and belt weighers integrate with GSS conveyors, dryers and dispatch — no bolt-on afterthoughts.

05

Data That Flows

Weights and sample results feed the control room and MES, closing the loop from measurement to inventory and invoices.

06

Global MRO

Load cells, indicators and calibration service are available worldwide.

Why Choose GSS

Measurement designed by the people who build the process it measures.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most about GSS weighing and measurement.

What equipment is in the GSS weighing range?
The range covers electronic truck scales, unattended weighing systems, belt weighers, bulk material scales, bagging scales, weighing indicators, load cells, automatic grain samplers and sampling & inspection systems.
What does an unattended weighing system actually do?
It combines the truck scale with automatic vehicle identification, traffic lights, barrier control and ticket printing, so drivers weigh, unload and leave without a weighbridge operator — with every record stored and traceable.
Why use automatic sampling instead of manual sampling?
Manual samples depend on who takes them and when. An automatic grain sampler takes representative cuts from the falling stream or belt on a fixed pattern, so moisture and grading results are objective — which matters when quality sets the price.
Which scale fits which duty?
Truck scales settle inbound and outbound vehicles; belt weighers total flow continuously on conveyors; bulk material scales weigh batches at transfer points; bagging scales dose bags and small lots. Most plants combine two or three of these.
Do you provide installation, calibration and after-sales support?
Absolutely. Every project includes on-site installation, commissioning, calibration and operator training, backed by our global MRO and spare-parts network.
